By downloading or playing CrossSum, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

The app

CrossSum grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app on your own Apple devices, for your own entertainment. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the app.

Ads

CrossSum is free to play and supported by ads served through Google AdMob, shown between levels and as optional rewarded videos for extra hints. Ad frequency and availability are not guaranteed and may vary.

Remove Ads purchase

"Remove Ads" is a one-time, non-consumable purchase processed by Apple. It permanently disables banner and interstitial ads and removes the ad-gate on hints for the Apple ID that made the purchase, on any device signed into that ID. It is not a subscription and does not expire.

All payments are handled by Apple under its own Media Services Terms. Refunds are requested through Apple, not through us — we don't have the ability to issue refunds directly.

Fair use

Don't use CrossSum to interfere with the app, other players, or the ad/purchase systems it relies on — including tampering with in-app purchases or automating gameplay.

No warranty

CrossSum is provided "as is." We work to keep it reliable, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these terms as the app evolves. Continuing to use CrossSum after a change means you accept the updated terms.
